Dhiana Armstrong is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, and maintains a private practice in Westminster and Louisville, Colorado.

With over 20 years experience as a therapist, and as a graduate of University of Colorado specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Therapy, Brainspotting, and EMDR, she is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, addictions and recovery, relationships, life transitions and adjustment, children and parenting, stress management and grief.

In addition to being a prominent therapist, Dhiana Armstrong has presented to general audiences speaking on the topics of creativity, self-care, inner child healing and recovery, anxiety and stress management, subconscious writing techniques, depression, anxiety and other topics.

Dhiana Armstrong is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her non-judgmental, therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
